Bio

Ilay Polat is a Turkish Dietitian with ten years of experience in the world of private practice. Ilay has worked extensively with clients in weight management, GI issues, diabetes, and eating disorders. Ilay’s relatable approach has translated to success for hundreds of clients. All too often, people turn to unhealthy foods because they feel stressed and overwhelmed. Ilay works with her clients to develop strategies to overcome obstacles and to make eating healthy more convenient and attainable.
