Born in Amasya –Turkey Ms.Ilay Polat completed her graduation in 2011, from the faculty of Nutrition and Dietetic at Haliç University, Istanbul, Turkey.

She finished her Master's degree at the faculty of Nutrition and Dietetics of Okan University and graduated in 2014.The following years she started her Ph.D. from the same University .She worked as a Specialist Dietician at Pendik Regional Hospital during this years 2011-2014

She opened her own clinic in 2012 and since then she helped numerous clients achieve there health and body shape goal . These clients are from different nationalities as due to growing medical tourism in Istanbul, Turkey.

About 6-7 thousand patients and their families enrolled in the computer environment, serves 24-hour telephone medical consultation.
